Tomislav (Tomo) Milicevic (Written He started to play violin at age 3. His uncle, Bill Milicevic, is a professional musician and a professor at the Michigan University of music. At first, Tomo does not like the guitar. He finds that instrument too simplistic, till he discovers Rock in his teens. Nirvana fan, "Nevermind" is the first CD he buys with his own money. Later, Ivana takes him to see them live, his first rock concert. With help from his father, he builds then his first guitar, which finally will cost him more than a real guitar. He later uses this instrument to record "A Modern Myth". He goes to culinary school and finally graduate as an executive and pastry chef. But music stays his true passion. He plays for a time with a local band from Michigan called Mophic. He decides then to definitively leave the music business and to sell all his instruments. It is at that time that Shannon, to which he has contact, tells him about an audition for 30 Seconds to Mars. Tomo was already one of their biggest fans, since the beginning. He begs his parents to lend him the money to buy a plane ticket to Los Angeles. He is selected amongst 200 musicians, first for his talent, but also for his kindness and personality. Five days later, February 3rd 2003, he plays with Jared, Shannon and Matt on the Craig Kilborn TV show. Since then, he is part of the band and he participated the composition of "A Beautiful Lie", their latest album. He tours with them, almost non-stop, since 2005.
